We are committed to providing you with an outstanding experience!

Please be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled tour are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, do so promptly, and we will find you a new spot.

Your safety is our top priority, so we reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will always provide options such as refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Please note that we typically do not cancel due to rain, heat, or cold weather. ​

Rental Policy

​

Life vests must be worn at all times while on the river.

Expect no cell phone reception in the Black Canyon, which means you cannot call for emergency services! We suggest bringing a watch in addition to your cell phone for keeping track of time.

If you become fatigued and can’t continue paddling, wait for a passing boat and signal for it.

Never attempt to hike out of the canyon.

​

Refunds are not available for cancellations made within twenty-four hours of your scheduled rental.

** Important Reminder **  

All equipment must be returned by 2:30 PM, Las Vegas local time. If your rental kayaks are not returned to the Willow Beach launching area by this time, a fee of $50 per item will be charged.

Damage Policy  

All participants are accountable for the equipment they use! They should return it in the same condition they received it. Avoid dragging equipment, ensure it doesn't float away, and secure everything to a stable point on shore or keep it at a safe distance from the water! Upon your arrival at Willow Beach, we will inspect all equipment for damages, and you will incur charges if any are found. Please be cautious of any floating obstacles, rocks, and reefs.
